Why I Print The Scoreboard On My Chest

Everyone's performing. You're improving.

I don't wear the logo because it's clean (though it is). I wear it because I refuse to pretend the gym and the market are separate. They're the same discipline — the loop that compounds — repped in different rooms.

Reps compound. Returns compound. Excuses compound too. The scoreboard doesn't care which one you're stacking.

Two scoreboards. One discipline.

There's the barbell. There's the broker. Same show-up, same execution, same brutal math of daily action. People think lifters and traders are different animals. They're not. They're both betting on a rep done today that nobody will remember tomorrow except the cumulative curve.

That's what the HR mark is — two disc plates, a zigzag chart-arrow bar. Muscle + markets. Same thing.

The tee is the uniform.

If you trade the open at 8:30 and pull at 9:15 and nobody sees it, the tee makes it visible. For you first. Then whoever's watching.

Don't prove. Improve. Show up again tomorrow.
